This record (which I own on vinyl) features 11 tunes. Side 1 has 1988-9âs âBig Wheels In The Moonlightâ (#1), 1989âs âThey Rage Onâ (#5) & 3 unreleased tunes: â5 Generations Of Rock County Wilsonsâ, â24 Hour Loveâ & âFactory Townâ. Side 2 features 1988âs âAddictedâ (#1) & 5 unreleased tunes: âA Heartache Just Around The Bendâ, âMaybe Iâm Missing You Nowâ, âFool Me Once, Fool Me Twiceâ, âLong Long Island Nightsâ & âThoseâ.

FEATURE SONG # 1:
âBig Wheels In The Moonlightâ
While âAddictedâ is the reason I bought this album, this song is a very close â2nd favoriteâ, for what perhaps should be obvious reasons, namely dreaming of road tripping & that wanderlust of seeing the country. Debuting 11/12/1988, this single spent 21 weeks on the country charts & claimed #1 in early 1989. At the time, it was the last of 9 straight country chart toppers for the former England Dan & John Ford Coley duo member; that string had started over 3 years earlier with 1985âs âMeet Me In Montanaâ (duet with Marie Osmond).
FEATURE SONG # 2:
âA Heartache Just Around The Bendâ
Of the unreleased tunes on the 2nd side, this is my absolute favorite with âLong Long Island Nightsâ in 2nd & the rest of them not really registering with me at all. This song, however, grabbed my attention when I bought the record ⊠& has been relevant a few times in my life, including when I was forced to sell my cars 2012-2013. Iâd be willing to bet everyone can identify with this song in some ways; Iâm really surprised it was never released as a single ⊠I think it wouldâve notched well.
