3rd of 3 in an OC,SH original series, 1 of each of the “Big 3” (GM, Ford, Mopar), of the last 3 years of the 1960s: 1969, 1968 & 1967. All 3 are from the adult classic car coloring book from Nephew, colored by me with the colored pencils from Niece. The series, which continued in last week’s “Friday Flashback” seen via THIS LINK HERE (with a link to the series’ 1st entry & more details), concludes with this 1967 Dodge Dart GTS.

If you can’t read the blurb at the bottom of the image: “Chrysler Motors also entered the muscle car arena in the compact car division. Shown above is a Dodge Dart GTS convertible based on the Dart compact sedan series. The GTS was equipped with a powerful small-block 340 cubic-inch engine putting out a respectable 275 hp. In a vehicle weighing just over 3,000 lbs, the powerplant provided the Dart GTS with very quick acceleration. In 1968, a limited number of GTS models were built with the larger 383 cubic-inch V-8, which developed 330 hp. With that engine the little Dodge Dart became a real muscle car contender.”
