Difficult to believe: exactly 1 month ago today (01/25/2016) was Christmas (12/25/2015)! 2 of the Christmas gifts I received are these colored pencils (from Niece) & this adult coloring book (from Nephew):
I 1st opened the colored pencils & the look on my face must’ve been … priceless … because my sister quickly told me to open Nephew’s gift. Once I did, she explained she’d read that coloring books for adults are a way to reduce stress while doing something creative & satisfying. Admittedly, I was skeptical, partly because my days are full as it is. HOWEVER … I’ve since realized these gifts are simply awesome & a great idea! So, who all is into adult coloring books & what do you have? This is the 1st picture I did, colored as chosen-directed by my Nephew:
That is pretty cool! Nice job on the first one, too. I sometimes color with the kids and think it is a lot of fun.
Unrelated, we just bought this quilt for Leo:

I totally want one for myself!
Oh my … that is a cool quilt! Cars & staying warm! & thank you … it was fun coloring at Nephew’s direction!
