This Canadian singer-songwriter began performing in a group in 1960, then moved in 1966 to California, where he co-founded the band Buffalo Springfield. He then joined Crosby, Stills & Nash in 1969.

It also claimed #1 in Canada, while reaching #4 in Norway, #8 in Netherlands & #10 in England. James Taylor & Linda Ronstadt provide backing vocals; both were in Nashville TN to appear on Johnny Cash’s TV show when they recorded the vocals.
