“Coast-to-Coast” Road Trip, 07/07/2011.
5 years ago this very date & day, I traveled from Seattle WA to Boise ID. I left Seattle ~7:25a, taking I-40 S to I-90 E. After seeing some awesome scenery along I-90, I turned onto State Route 26 E ~10a, taking this pic along that road:
Shortly after I snapped that picture, I turned onto US 195 S into Pullman WA to meet a friend. I landed in Pullman ~12:50p & left ~1:55p, taking US 195 S to US 95 S, stopping at many vistas along the way. I then took I-84 E into Boise ID, where I stopped ~9:20p to meet people from the Western Meet of a car club; I had visited people at the Eastern Meet of that same car club a week earlier in Carlisle PA … & to my knowledge, I’m still the only person to have visited both Meets the same year.
