A few years ago, I hosted the annual “MidSummer Chitown Gathering” in Elgin IL the last weekend of July. In 2011, I hosted 4 separate gatherings in different Chicagoland areas, 1 of which was Franklin Grove IL, the headquarters for the Lincoln Highway Association.
